Renovation of a municipal facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scott Township Municipal Building Door Automation. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to furnish and install automatic door openers. Question Deadline 02/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through electronically. Responses will be provided via electronically. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. Columbia County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request via PennBid's "Messages /Vendor Discussions" in accordance with the date referenced in the Invitation to Bidders.
