Site work and paving for a civil project in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents to mill and repave Welsh Circle Road and repair areas around storm catch basins as shown on the documents. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the "Ask a Question" feature by online. Although all solicitations are available for public viewing, interested suppliers need to register to be able to submit a bid. PennBid does not charge a fee to register, however it does charge a modest capped fee of 1/3% for fixed contracts or 1/6% of contract value (+ tax) for term contracts if you are awarded a contract through this platform.
