LOCATION OF THE WORK: Digesters are located at the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 383 South Eaton Street within the Borough of Berwick, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal The Contractor shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. The Contractor shall furnish a satisfactory Warranty Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price, in force for two years after date of substantial completion of the Project DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work for the project is outlined in the Technical Specification Section "01150 - Digester Tank Rehabilitation". All Work shall be completed in accordance with these Contract Documents and manufacturer's recommendations. Contractor is responsible for coordination with BAJSA to complete the work and for obtaining all required permits to complete the work.
