Generator Installation At Columbia-Montour Area Vocational-Technical School All requests for information shall be submitted in writing to the office of the Engineer at bclement@hflenz.com on or before 5:00 p.m. local prevailing time May 2, 2025. Requests for information will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on May 2, 2025. Prospective bidders can address all questions to the office of the engineer at (717) 461-3916 attention Mr. Bryan Clement. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder, and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid for the Roof Replacement South Greensburg Commons shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and certificate of insurance prior to the award of the contract. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the Contract. CMAVTS reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
