This project entails the construction of new pickleball courts with base bid options for 6, 8, or 10 courts. The scope includes site mobilization, erosion control, installation of subbase and asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing, and court equipment. Optional bid alternates include a paved social area, perimeter fencing, and internal fencing to enhance the overall facility and user experience. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Location online portal. The contract documents specify that all work must be substantially complete by August 15, 2025, with final completion by September 24, 2025. The scope includes the application of acrylic surfacing over new asphalt pavement. industry-standard acrylic coating systems require minimum ambient and surface temperatures of SOT and rising, and dry weather for at least 24-48 hours to properly cure and bond.
