The Town of Bloomsburg is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and inspection of paving improvements to Market Street (5th to Ft. McClure Blvd) and the Skatepark driveway/parking lot. Projects are funded by a CFA Multimodal Grant, DCNR Grant, and general funds. The selected firm must comply with all grant reporting, permitting, and inspection requirements. However, Council will be meeting on July 14, 2025 at 7 p.m. to make award.
