The Municipality of Hollenback Township, Luzerne County, is pleased to invite all qualified firms to submit a written Request for Proposal for the following project: Old Berwick Highway Paving The Municipality shall negotiate a contract with the most qualified firm, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Municipality determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the Municipality be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm determined to be the most qualified, the Municipality shall then undertake negotiations with the next most qualified firm. The Municipality of Hollenback Township is an Affirmative Action Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
