Site work for a water / sewer project in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of painting and improvements to a 1.5 MG Hydropillar water storage tank, located in Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, PA. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 06/27/2025 at 3:00 PM ET The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. QA - 6/27/25: Supply of new safety harnesses is not part of this Contract. Contractor is responsible for all safety equipment for their employees and subcontractors.
