Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; multi-residential development; and restaurant.
Upgrade of Fire Alarms 5 Buildings (Montgomery Place Apartments, Schuylkill Residence Hall, Monty's, Scranton Commons and Buckingham Maintenance Center) Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the replacement of the following: main fire alarm control panel, all initiating devices, all notification devices and all interface modules. The existing fire alarm wiring infrastructure will remain and be reused. Minor extensions to the wiring system will be made to accommodate additional devices required for current code compliance. Replacement of fire alarm system is for the following buildings: Montgomery Place Apartments (MPA), Schuylkill Residence Hall, Monty's, Scranton Commons and B. Duration: August 8, 2025 Ranges - $700,000 to $775,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
