Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (CU), a member of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) for elevator maintenance and repair services as described herein for the Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield campus locations. This restricted RFQ is being issued against DGS State for "Elevator, Escalator, & Mechanical Movers Maintenance & Repair Services ITQ". Only existing, awarded Contractors for the above Contract for Columbia County (Bloomsburg), Clinton & Clearfield Counties (Lock Haven) and Tioga County (Mansfield) are eligible to submit a quote in response to this RFQ. The terms and conditions of DGS State Contract #4400023882 for "Elevator, Escalator, & Mechanical Movers Maintenance & Repair Services ITQ" shall be the exclusive terms of agreement. Other terms and conditions or additional terms and conditions included or referenced in the Contractor's quotations, invoices, business forms, or other documentation shall not become part of the parties' agreement and shall be disregarded by the parties, unenforceable by the Contractor and not binding on the University.
