Renovation of a stadium in Banff, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Renovations and improvements to an existing facility. Scope of work and areas of focus include: 1. The entire building needs to be evaluated to become Rick Hansen certified, where possible regardless of the areas being re-designed and renovated, except the basement storage area. 2. All washrooms to be improved to all-gender design. Where possible, the quantity of washrooms could be reduced to support increased activity amenity spaces. Excluding dressing rooms RM Area Schedules 144-147,149,154-157 & 162-165. 3. Staff washroom and lunchroom (RM Area Schedules158 & 159). Spaces can be repurposed or relocated. 4. Lobby space (RM Area Schedules 187 & 135) improvements. 5. The former BHA wing (RM Area Schedule spaces 118-121 & 111 & 112) - Repurposed to support desired activity amenities. 6. Upstairs meeting room and office space (RM Area Schedule Spaces M01-07) TIMELINE: Request for proposals from consultants for conceptual design services has been awarded. Scope of work and schedules for detailed design, tender and construction may be confirmed late 2024/2025. *Budget is unreleased.
