Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project Description/Base Bid: Install new vehicle security barrier planter boxes on the South side of the building. The planter boxes will match the main entrance barriers in style and function. Add irrigation and perennials to the new planters and add perennials to the existing planters at the main entrance. Add gravel mix around the new planters and up to the building edge. Notes/Additional Information: The contractor is responsible for verification of all existing underground utilities prior to excavation. A window replacement project will be taking place this summer on the first floor South side exterior windows. These are located in the same area as this project. Coordination with the window installers might be necessary depending on construction install schedules. Budget: $120,000 Completion Date: December 9, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $200 JOB IS NOT TAX EXEMPT Trades include: selective demolition, architectural concrete, underground sprinklers, common planting requirements, cobble rock mulch, topsoil and placement, topsoil physical preparation, topsoil grading, sodding, plants, landscape edging.
