Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Taylorsville, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 1, 2024 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project:(Taylorsville State Office Building) Generator Fuel System Question Deadline: 08/06/2024 at 3:00 PM MT The scope of work is to replace one existing diesel pump on the main tank and change the sequence of operation to primary secondary pumping with alarms and in-hand controls, include an extra main tank fuel pump, replace the controls system for the diesel system and connect the diesel system to the building automation system with BACnet MSTP, remove and replace fuel pump-back tanks with one new 500 gallon tank and pumping system, replace all diesel piping, and add redundant emergency diesel fuel piping connections. Polish existing diesel fuel and clean existing main tank. Construction Cost Estimate: $125,000.00 ONLY FIRMS PRE-QUALIFIED DURING STAGE I OF THE RFS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT
