Renovation of a transportation facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This solicitation is for full construction services for security improvements at Denver Union Station. Improvements will include removal of one storefront at Wewatta and Chestnut pavilion and expansion of the pavilion's enclosure to provide a ticket vending and security booth. Similar construction services will be needed underground at the entrance from the train hall. (20% SBE Goal) The DUS bus concourse is an underground 22-bus bay bus terminal that is accessed by RTD patrons from three access points: from the pavilions at Wewatta and Chestnut plazas, and from the plaza between the Crawford Hotel and RTD's commuter rail Track 1 Inquiry Period: Written questions from prospective bidders are to be received in the online procurement portal.:July 19, 2024, 2:00pm Bids shall be valid for a duration of no less than ninety (90) days from bid due date. Bids that are late will not be accepted!
