The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for Providing at Fifteen (15) Residential Sites All Materials, Equipment and Labor for the Proper Abandonment of Septic Tanks, Installation of 4-inch Diameter Pvc Sewer Laterals and Connecting This Lateral Piping in to the Existing Sewer Lateral Located at the Right-of-way of Each Residence. Of Treasury, Circular 570) Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least Five Percent of the Amount of the Bid Payable to the Okeechobee Utility Authority (Oua), as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted the Bidder Will Execute the Contract and File Acceptable Performance and Payment Surety Bonds Equal to One Hundred Percent of the Contract Price Within Ten Days After Written Notice of the Contract Award. Oua Reserves the Right to: Waive Informalities and/or Irregularities in Any Bid; Delete Any Portion of the Project; Extend the Project Within the Limits of the Work Involved Which in Its Judgment is in the Best Interest of the Oua. Bids May Be Withdrawn Prior to the Date and Time of Bid Opening.
