City of Santa Cruz was awarded Caltrans grant funding for the Active Transportation Program (ATP) Cycle 6 Swanton-Delaware Multi-use Path project. The purpose of the project is to improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety as well as improving modes of active transportation throughout the City of Santa Cruz. This project will install a multi-use path, protected intersection, roundabout, separated protected bike lanes, sidewalk, traffic signs, striping and markings.
