Generator Service at Pump Stations The City of Binghamton is requesting bids for the continued maintenance and support for our Generator systems, both portable and trailer mount units. This proposal will be for 1 Major PM and 1 Minor pm plus any service calls as needed. The term length of this contract will be One (1) Year from date of signing with the possibility of a one-year extension if both parties can agree. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the conditions of the Invitation for Bids provided such bid is reasonable and it is to the best interest of the City of Binghamton. The Board of Contract and Supply, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest. The bidder to whom the award is made will be notified at the earliest possible date. The City of Binghamton reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award.
