Elevator inspection and safety tests services at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. Base and 4 Option years. The Hudson Valley HCS is seeking a FFP contract for elevator inspection and testing services. See statement of work (SOW) for more details. The contractor shall provide a copy of a current ASME QEI-1 certification. Period of performance 10/01/2024 - 09/30/2025, with four option years. Responses are due JULY 10, 2024, 10:00AM ET, sent via email to Tiffany.Vazquez-Simon@va.gov. Resquests for information or questions must be submitted via email by JULY 2, 2024, 10:00AM ET. CONTRACTORS SHALL ADHERE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS IN SECTIONS 52.212-1, 52.212-2, AND 52.212-3. CONTRACTORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED CERTIFICATION UNDER SECTION C8.VAAR 852.219-75 WITH QUOTE. Questions: Request For Information (RFI)/questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Tiffany Vazquez-Simon at Tiffany.Vazquez-Simon@va.gov. Oral questions will not be accepted. RFI's/questions will not be accepted after July 2, 2024, 10:00 AM ET. Questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
