Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montrose, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This project is to furnish all necessary professional ion services to relocate Radiology B3 in accordance to the project drawings and specifications for the Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Montrose Campus. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish Project 620-22-105 Relocate Radiology B3. Completion Time: 540 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed This is a 100 Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside procurement. In order to be eligible for award, Contractor must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier and be certified as a SDVOSB in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) (SBA - Dynamic Small Business Search) at the time of this procurement. Offerors must submit their annual Vets4212 Report. Magnitude of ion: Between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220- Business Size is 45 Million. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8 AM to 4:30 PM eastern time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the CO. Work shall comply with VA Specifications and regulations, all applicable Federal, State and Local codes, including specific regulations related to working at the VA Montrose Campus. A pre-bid is scheduled for Friday 05/08/2025 at 1:00 PM EST. Prospective bidders shall meet at VA Hudson Valley Montrose Campus, Building 16 Engineering Conference Room, 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, NY 10548. NOTE: NO OTHER S WILL BE ALLOWED. INTERESTED BIDDERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. Complete renovation of the existing space on the ground level into a Radiology Suite to accommodates the existing ultrasound and X-ray equipment, and replacement of roofing above stair 5, replacement of the existing emergency generator and ancillary equipment as indicated on ion Documents. The suite shall include approximately 1,720 square feet of space for use by inpatient and outpatient veterans. The Project includes, but is not limited to: Waiting area spaces, sub-waiting area, x-ray room, ultrasound room, technician's room, control room, toilet room, storage room, roof at stair #5, electrical room, exterior generator. The renovation includes complete removal and installation to meet all codes and VA's Specifications and Standards. Installation disciplines include aspects of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (sprinkler system will be removed for replacement), civil and structural work to provide the facility operational Radiology Suite. Work shall comply with VA Specifications and Regulations, specific regulations related to working at VA Hudson valley Health Care System, Montrose, New York as defined in the General Requirements Section of the contract, and all applicable Federal, State and Local codes Contractor shall be responsible to complete the work within the contractual period of , and typically within the work hours as defined in the contract. The Contractor shall anticipate performing some of this work during non-peak hours, such as weekends or evenings to accommodate activities at this site.
