Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ely, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Well #2 Permanent Generator located next to two residential properties on the south side of Hillcrest St, Ely, Iowa. The Owner of this project is the City of Ely. The City of Ely, Iowa does hereby reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the jurisdiction. Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a 5% bid security as defined in section 26.8 and as specified by the State of Iowa. The completion date for this project is set for December 31, 2024.
