Reference number : 20003689 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-05 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 1 Description: The municipality of Saint-Cyprien-des-Etchemins is requesting tenders for the completion of repair work on sections T001 and T002 on Rue Principale. The work includes the complete reconstruction of municipal storm and sanitary sewer and road infrastructure over an approximate length of 185 meters, from civic number 436 to civic number 418 on Rue Principale . The repair of damaged surfaces, connections to existing structures, developments as well as various related works are also the subject of the contract. The project is eligible for financial assistance under the Gas Tax and Quebec Contribution Program (TECQ). A bid guarantee of at least 10% of the total amount of the bid. 2. a letter of intent from a company authorized to act as guarantor committing to provide a performance bond equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labor equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract. The Municipality is not required to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received nor to incur any obligation or costs towards the tenderer(s).
