Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, The Project consists of installing a new 125kW, single-phase, diesel-fired generator in a weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure with 48-hour sub-base tank, with new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch, including replacement of 277/490V switchboard in main Electrical room, equipment concrete pad, and protective bollards. the County reserves the right to reject bid proposals for the reasons stated therein. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic ("Board") reserves the right to consider bid proposals for sixty (60) days after receipt. The Board further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to waive minor informalities when authorized to do so under the law. All unused equipment, devices, and panels shall be removed from the Project Site and discarded, as directed by the Owner. 2. Repair all damage resulting from this Work and perform progress and final cleaning of all areas of the Project Site, including daily removal of rubbish and debris resulting from the Work. 3. Provide protection of existing building elements, furnishings, and equipment that are to remain, adjacent property, the public and Owner's employees from construction debris, dust, and noise during construction. After completion of work each night remove temporary protections and clean work site for owner occupation each morning. 4. Provide all barricades, lights, signals, signage, and other protection, which may be required by Federal, State, or local laws or ordinances and maintain same for the full period of operation. 5. Provide and maintain temporary weather-tight and/or dust-tight protection, as approved by the Owner, for openings that expose existing or new construction and equipment to weather or separate that portion of the Owner's existing upancy (which will remain in operation during construction) from new construction area, Coordinate all Work with the Owner and other Contractors working in the building or concurrent construction/remodeling or installation of other systems.
