TV Inspection of 8" Sanitary Sewer Main 2,330 LF Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Totowa and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Borough of Totowa for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bonds upon the award of contract.
