Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; golf course; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Phase 1 scope contracted herein requires the demolition of existing paving, utilities, storage sheds, small maintenance building and redistributing existing site soil to adjacent areas. Upon completion of demolition, construction will start on a new pre-engineered maintenance building, transformer, paving and parking areas, new utilities, underground detention system & site work. Demolition of the existing large maintenance building is to be performed after occupancy of the new maintenance building is achieved. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County. Bidders must submit a total of four (4) bid proposals, as follows: one (1) original; two (2) copies; and one (1) electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive.
