Reference Number 0000273108 Question Acceptance Deadline Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 2:00 PM CT General Requirements - Employee Background Checks Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Safety Standards Plan This document outlines the planned scope of work for the project at Sanirayak (Hall Beach), NU, which includes the replacement of exhaust heat exchanger tubes of the Diesel Engine Generator (DEG-1). Technical and other reference statutory or regulatory requirements for this project is provided in Appendix A. Detailed project requirements are in CSOW Section 5. The Seller(s) shall itemize their proposals as per the subsection breakdown below for either or both phases of the scope of work execution. Heat Exchanger (HX) Maintenance and Tube Replacement Procure and supply tubes and gaskets for the HX. Prepare the DEG #1 heat exchanger for tube removal; includes depressurization and drainage. Implement isolation and lock-out tag-out procedures for the HX. Remove insulation, piping, and end plates from the HX. Extract old tubes and inspect the interior of the HX for defects and repair as necessary. Install new tubes in the HX. Perform testing as per CSA B51 and ASME standards. Comply with Nunavut Boiler Inspectors' requirements. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
