Renovation of a detention facility in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project replaces 10 existing 100 gallon 199 mbh water heaters. Existing are standard efficiency. New is anticipated to be high efficiency. There are 2 set of pods in the 5 sets of pod. Replace the 2 existing water heaters in the admin boiler room. Also, replace the controls on 23 smoke evac fans as well as new control panel. Provide new conduit and wiring to the fans.
