Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of providing all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary for removal and replacement of existing Portland cement concrete ("PCC") sidewalks, a limited number of intersection concrete curb ramps, related asphalt concrete patching, saw-cutting, on-call arborist and tree-related work if requested by the City, and any other related construction as required in the Specifications. All work including punch list items and final clean-up shall be completed by December 31, 2024, however additional time limits apply to specific bid schedules, additives, and components within the overall work. Refer to the Special Provisions for these additional time limits. The Engineering estimate is $580,000. Contractor is advised that the work included in this Contract such as sidewalk panel removal and replacement is not continuous. There will be numerous separate panels as small as 25 square feet that are included in this contract and that are distributed geographically. Contractor is also advised that there are numerous locations where exploration of potential conflicts with trees may occur. If requested and authorized by the City the Contractor may be asked to provide and perform arborist and tree-related work at all or some of these locations.
