Winnebago County is requesting bids to provide labor, equipment, and materials to remodel 3 shelters located within Winnebago Community Park located at 501 E. County Road Y, Oshkosh, WI 54901. The shelters being remodeled are shelters 1, 2, and 4. The work includes but is not limited to removing the existing asphalt, pouring concrete, painting the structural steel, remodeling the bathrooms, installing an epoxy floor system, wrapping steel columns, replacing soffit, and replacing steel doors. All questions, inquiries, and requests for clarifications are due prior to 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 and any said questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification received in any other manner will not be answered. Only responses issued by formal written addenda will be binding A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. Due to shelter rentals occurring at the Winnebago Community Park during the spring and summer months, work can commence beginning on Monday, September 16, 2024, and must be complete by April 30, 2025
