Battery Park City Authority ("BPCA"), a New York State public benefit corporation, requests proposals from generator maintenance firms to provide BPCA with Generator Maintenance and Testing services which shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Preventative and Maintenance Inspection, (2) Annual Full Maintenance, (3) Non-Emergency and Emergency Repairs, (4) Fuel Maintenance Services, and Materials Disposal. A full description of the work for which the awarded bidder will be responsible can be found in the Request of Proposals document, more specifically in Exhibit A: Scope of Work.
