Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Shady Spring, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The work of this project consists of the following Lump Sum contract: Provide all work, including, but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation for construction of a New Fire Station to be located at Bragg, West Virginia. Contract Documents are available for inspection during regular working hours at the office of the OWNER (telephone: 3041/456-4660); office of the Architect - J. Dan Snead & Associates, Inc., 101 North Kanawha Street, Suite 203, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 (telephone: 3041/452-6630); and the Contractors' Association of WV, 2114 Kanawha Blvd., East, Charleston, West Virginia 25311 (telephone: 3043/842-1166). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All blank spaces on the bid forms must be filled in, in typewritten form, and the Bid Form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. An acceptable Bid Bond, made payable to the OWNER, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must accompany each Bid.
