A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Broad Avenue (Section 12) Improvements (NJDOT FY2023 Municipal Aid) Project The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications. The work generally consists of milling, resurfacing with base course repair, concrete curbing, driveway apron repair, miscellaneous sidewalk repair, stormwater system repairs, and ADA compliant handicap ramps. Proposals must be made on the Standard Proposal Forms in a manner designated in the contract documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the work on the outside and must be accompanied by all items identified in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and a bid guarantee (Proposal Security) for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid except that the guarantee need not exceed $20,000.00. All bids must be accompanied by electronic version in CD/DVD/Flash Drive Form . The Borough of Leonia reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Leonia.
