All fire alarm replacement / renovation work shall be per the Repair Section 603 of the NC Existing Building Code (Ed. 2018) and maintain the existing level of fire alarm protection to meet and / or exceed the requirements of the 2002 edition of the NC State Building Code Section 907 for group A-3 occupancies the existing system is assumed to have been constructed under.
