************THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO THE SUCCESSFUL NMACC III POOL 1 OFFERORS ONLY.************ Design-Build services to perform major renovations of Building #3, the Rescue Swimmer Training Facility (RSTF), at CG Base Elizabeth City in Elizabeth City, NC. The Contractor shall obtain the services of an Architecture/Engineering firm licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide design services for the project. The design shall be in conformance with applicable regulations, codes, and regulatory requirements. Upon Coast Guard acceptance of the Contractors 65% design, the Contractor shall construct the accepted design solution.
