Renovation of a library in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,400-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
As of July 9, 2024, the bid date has been extended per addendum 2 from July 10, 2024. Three addendum have been issued to date. The project scope consists of the renovation of approximately 3,400 SF of existing space within the Ramsey Library on the campus of UNCA in Asheville,NC. The project includes relocation of the Media Lab and a new classroom in the existing library stack space, new offices, craft studio relocation, a new break room and various work rooms in the remaining space. Construction is expected to start August 2024 and take approximately 135 consecutive days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. a. Questions/Substitution Requests: Friday June 28, 2024 by 5pm. b.
