Site work, renovation and addition to a parking garage in Sainte-Julienne, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 8,925-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Expansion and renovation of the municipal garage. The scope of work includes the construction of a two-storey addition housing work space and offices, upgrades to the existing building areas, redevelopment of the facility site including installation of a petrol tank and, if required, installation of a new septic system. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has increased the scope of work and awarded, following the contract agreements 401.110/371 /20139380 and 401.110/372 /20139388, additional contracts to the professional consultants for the revision and update of the previously prepared plans. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in summer 2026.
