Site work and addition to a medical facility in Asheboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
A single fixed storage building that has power and is conditioned will be built. Scope: This project consists of constructing a 14'-0" x 38'-8" brick / block storage building with a slab on grade floor and a wooden truss roof with standing seam roof covering in accordance with the attached drawings. The building is to be located West of the Health Department on the opposite side of the parking lot. Power is provided from an existing pole mounted meter base that is located approximately 160' Southwest of the proposed building. - Neither Bid nor Performance Bonds are required for this Project. - The Contractor shall maintain General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance in accordance with the Contract document. The County would like to begin this project as soon as possible. Please indicate on the bid form the earliest date that you could begin construction as well as the anticipated duration.
