Scope of Work: To provide a single point of entry by removing the existing cabinets, countertops, and asbestos containing floor tile. These items shall be replaced with new District standard carpet tile, countertops, bullet resistant glass, a door with a strike, and cameras. Estimate: Range Low $181,125.00. High $221,375.00. Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award. Bid Bonds, upon request, or deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon signing of Contract, or within forty-five (45) days from bid date, whichever is earlier.
