Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Site lighting improvements, including the installation of up to 23 pole mounted luminaires at the Brickenwood Development. A. The Work of the Contract consists of, but is not limited to: 1. The project intent is to provide ample lighting for each designated parking inlet, walkway, and courtyard within the development. The project includes the installation of 23 pole mounted luminaires in designated areas. Pole lighting will be fed via existing house panels. Lighting controls will be limited to dusk-to-dawn photocell sensors, integral to each pole. 2. Sidewalk and walkway areas are not to be disturbed under this contract. Horizontal auguring required, as described on the drawing set. 3. In circumstances where there are obstructions hindering the installation of the luminaires as shown, the Contractor shall immediately notify the NBHA at which time an alternative location will be selected. The Work shall be commenced at the time stated in the Owners Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 105 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
