The deadline to ask questions is 7/10/2024 5:00 PM CST The project work for the Hunters Creek Village Shasta, Pineland, Lindenwood Reconstruction, includes roadway reconstruction through cold-mix asphalt, roadside ditch regrading, culvert replacement and outfall construction as well as some minor asphalt repair along Memorial Drive. Additionally, the project requirements, traffic control, miscellaneous signage, SWPPP measures, tree protection plan and other items to facilitate construction of this project. The Work will be substantially complete within __180__ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within __210_ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run The project work limit is Kuhlman Road, from Memorial Drive to end of Kuhlman Road. The work primarily consists of the in-place pulverization of the existing roadway material. After pulverization, a stabilization agent will be mixed into the existing roadway material and the material will be compacted, graded and shaped. A two-inch thick asphalt surface will be placed on the stabilized base material. Ancillary work includes traffic control, replacement of existing pavement markings, and ditch regrading Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to City of Hunters Creek Village in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within Ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents.
