Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edmonds, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: Remove and replace damaged asphalt marked in the Harbor Square Business Complex parking lot and roadway as per specifications. Work shall be substantially complete by September 27, 2024. Work may begin when the Port receives the signed contract, performance bond, payment bond, insurance documentation, IRS W-9, and list of any subcontractors. Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 10:00 AM PT For technical questions regarding this project, submit questions by e-mail to asphalt@portofedmonds.gov. Questions received after this will be excluded. Questions answered may be available at electronically. Bid Guarantee and Performance & Payment Bonds: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of five (5) percent of the total base bid plus Washington sales tax, with a bid bond (or a check made payable to the Port of Edmonds- bond encouraged). In addition, the successful Bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Contract, as a requirement to enter into a contract for the work. The Port of Edmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
