The following scope of service outlines the requirements and responsibilities for the delivery of four sheds to locations within two counties. The sheds will be constructed to the specifications provided, including dimensions of 12x32 feet, featuring two 24x36 slider-style windows, one pre-hung fiberglass insulated door, and insulated double bubble flooring. The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified vendor to provide complete and deliverable buildings at multiple locations in Howard and Frederick counties, Maryland. Specifications: 2.1. Shed Dimensions: Each shed shall measure 12 feet in width and 32 feet in length and be enclosed in vinyl siding and trim. Color to be determined (TBD). 2.2. Windows: Two 24x36 slider-style windows shall be installed in each shed location TBD. 2.3. Door: Each shed shall be equipped with one pre-hung, six light fiberglass insulated door, location TBD. 2.4. Insulated Double Bubble Flooring: The flooring of each shed shall consist of a double bubble layer of insulation to provide enhanced thermal efficiency and protection against moisture. Responsibilities of the Vendor: 3.1. Construction: The vendor shall construct four sheds according to the provided specifications. 3.2. Quality Assurance: The vendor shall ensure that all sheds meet quality standards and are free from defects. 3.3. Delivery: The vendor shall arrange for the transportation and delivery of the sheds to the designated locations within the specified counties. 3.4. Installation: The vendor shall provide installation services upon delivery, including the block and leveling of each shed on the designated sites. 3.5. Compliance: The vendor shall comply with all relevant regulations and requirements related to shed construction, transportation, and installation in the specified counties. SHA Responsibilities: 4.1. Site Preparation: SHA shall prepare the designated locations, free of debris for shed installation. 4.2. Access: SHA shall provide clear and unobstructed access to the delivery sites for the vendor's vehicles and equipment. Delivery Schedule: 5.1. The delivery of the sheds shall be completed within 10 days. 5.2. The vendor shall coordinate with the client to establish mutually agreeable delivery dates and times for each shed.
