Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80112. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids will be given consideration. Each Bid shall be made on the Bid Form provided in the bid packet and no Bidder may withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) days from and after the date set for opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied, in a sealed envelope, separate from the one containing the Bid, by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to the City of Centennial, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the City if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten (10) calendar days after the Award by the City.
