Reference Number 0000360197 The Arapahoe Library District is seeking contract pricing for air filtration systems and heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) for BOTH Mechanical and Controls [building automation system], (Building Analytics) preventive maintenance and repair, to include replacement and system upgrades for multiple facilities within Arapahoe County. Preventive maintenance and repairs may include pneumatic control systems, electronic control systems, digital control systems, building analytics, commercial size boilers, variable air volumes, and air handling units. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service, and the shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work. This Request for Proposal is for 9 facilities and will include all air filtration and HVAC preventive maintenance and repairs for BOTH Mechanical and Controls. Additional HVAC related services may be added by amendment/change order to the contract as the need arises.
