Demolition and site work for a civil project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this Contract consists of removing the piping within the pump station building, filling the clear well, installing a meter pit, and decommissioning well L-14. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds to the District. The "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds shall be furnished in the amount of 100 percent of the contract, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the District's interest. No proposal will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors. Contractor shall be prepared to participate in an interview if so desired by the Owner as soon as the afternoon of the second business day following the date that bids are due. No proposals will be considered which are received after the time indicated above, and any proposals so received after the scheduled closing time shall remain unopened.
