Reference Number 0000371515 The Rampart Delivery System (RDS) is the source of raw mountain water for the City of Aurora. Critical components of the system are aging on the 40- and 54-inch pipelines that traverse the approximately 22 miles of the southeast Front Range from Rampart Reservoir to Water Treatment Facilities in the City of Aurora. This project will address appurtenances and components along the 40-inch diameter RDS pipeline. Operational constraints have restricted the work to be performed in the low demand period, November - April. The project will consist of 21 various sites including Air Relief Valve replacements, Butterfly Valve upgrades, Blow-off rehabilitation and Manway access improvements.
