The Northside spouts will be connected to the existing drain piping. The Southside spouts will be replaced with a 45-degree elbow to stop the water from running down the wall. Door and Porch Widen the porch railing by removing it and attaching it to the exterior side, allowing for the new door to fully swing open. Install a new 36" metal exterior door and frame with a panic bar. The door must swing outside. North Door Install a new 36" metal exterior door and frame with a panic bar installed. The door must swing outside. Roof Remove the metal cap of the concrete coping stone on both ends of the building. Replace the cap with new metal that completely covers the full width of the coping stone. The metal needs a drip edge and the front and back edge cleat anchored at the bottom on both ends of the building. Exterior Walls Powerwash and clean the exterior of the building Remove all showing tar on the exterior of the wall. Cut around the sides and tops of the columns and replace them with caulk Cut around the sides, top, and bottom of the windows and replace them with caulk Cut out the riglet joints where the buildings connect and replace them with caulk Up to 30% cut out and tuck point to match the existing bead roping Cut between the rock and footing then replace with caulk. Rewash and spray the exterior rock with a high-quality sealant to waterproof them. Exhaust Fans Replace the 2 large exhaust fans and 2 sets of louvers in the gymnasium Replace the 2 small basement exhaust fans and louvers in the basement Paint Paint the columns white on both sides of the gym Paint the blocked-in windows with white paint.
