The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the installation of a new TPO membrane roof on the Game Commission Existing Crew Headquarters Building S.B. STATE GAME LANDS #226 ROOF REPLACEMENT SB#713 The work area for this project is located at 227A Spruce Run Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The property is owned by the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC). 713, Madison Township, Columbia County. The project consists of removing the existing membrane roof, including gravel ballast and insulation panels on the existing crew building. Installation of new TPO membrane roof over new insulation panels and installing new gutters and downspouts, new metal edging/flashing/fascia is also included in the project. Replacement of damaged and/or deteriorated corrugated decking and blocking may be necessary. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order. All vendors who conduct business with the Pennsylvania Game Commission must have a Vendor Number assigned to them to receive payment from the Commonwealth.
