Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rogersville, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
No Bids Received. The Work to be performed under the Base Bid provisions of this contract consists of installation of ventilation equipment inside of the existing Blower Building at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work will include removal of existing louver, installation of all ductwork, intake and exhaust louvers, exhaust fans, duct supports, electrical power extension to the Blower Building and all electrical work inside the Blower Building along with all necessary appurtenances. Each bidder shall file with his bid a cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond for 5 percent of the total amount of the bid made payable to the City of Rogersville. Missouri, herein after referred to as Owner. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. Performance and Payment Bond will be equivalent to those utilized by EJCDC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
