Final Design of the Delta Main Street Project includes pedestrian and bicycle improvements: curb return bulb-outs north of 7th Street, a road diet south of 8th Street with a transition block between 7th and 8th, drainage improvements, signal modifications, striping modifications, signage modifications, and landscaping. Additional improvements south of 7th Street include the modification of medians, removal and replacement of streetscape, adjusting curb lines to provide additional landscape areas, signing and striping, and access modifications.
