The Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is Requesting Proposals for Professional Engineering Services for Construction Management/ Construction Inspection Services for Intersection Improvements at Erial Road (Cr 706) and Sicklerville Road (Cr 705), Township of Winslow, Camden County for the Camden County Department of Public Works. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals Submitted in the Best Interest of the County and the Board Further Reserves the Right to Waive Any Defect or Informality in Any Proposal Should It Be in the Best Interest of the County. Proposers Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of P.l. 1975, C. 127 (N.j.a.c. 17:27) and N.j.s.a. 10:5-31. This Request for Proposals Does Not Constitute a Bid and is Intended Solely to Obtain Competitive Proposals From Which the County May Choose Professional Cm/ci Services That Best Meet(S) the County's Needs. It is the County's Intent That No Statutory, Regulatory, or Common Law Bidding Requirements Apply to This Request for Proposals. The County Intends to Award This Contract Pursuant to an Agreement Between the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the County of Camden, Fed Project #: Stbgp-705(301), Njdot No: 5800350 and Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-5(1)(a)(I).
